I've reported a suspicious action started by revolute sending me a strange email. Since then I've lost control over my account, trying to communicate with them for more than a week, send more than 70 messages and complaints, all I can get is something that looks like AI support, sending main circles.

I'm starting to wonder can it be this bank is a scam? I'm really interested in any opinion?

I've tried to access my application, but I still haven't been able to get the card because I need to deposit money into the account I'm going to use to buy your card. Now I've tried to log in, but it won't let me because supposedly the PIN isn't correct.

I want you to investigate what's happening. Second, it redirects me to the video with my Face ID and driver's license. And even then, they don't accept it. I've tried so many times that I'm fed up.

I'd like to know what's going on.

After repeated tries to re activate my account I gave up following orders of chat bots and the verification loop.

Made a complaint to a HUMAN complaint officer who couldnt understand what actually happened nor forward to technical dep because of a verification loop bug.

Couldnt take the effort to actually look what is happening and just regurgitates useless info without any understanding of the actual issue.

Lift the restriction on account am teally pissed off at this no money can get through i was scammed and they r trying to put money in but cant

I lost my card, sent out for another card, never got a card or a response. The account seems like it was closed, and there's nothing else to go on.

Emails upon emails and nothing. I called, and it seems as if nothing can be done.

They have been depositing money in my account from Portugal, and I don't see it in my account. I have been trying to call your bank, but with no success.

I need help to find out what happened. I need a fast response because the Portugal government is sending money to my account for my kid.

This site is terrible. They are holding my business money for weeks.

I received around 5K USD from other businesses some weeks ago, but Revolut is still holding my money. When I ask about the reason, their customer support is just sending automated replies, asking me to wait for 1 to 3 business days without giving any reason or exact timeline; it has already been weeks since I've received it.

A very horrible experience, and I need to get my money as soon as possible. Their platform is causing financial damage to customers, a very horrible scam site, and I strongly suggest other businesses and individuals not to use this platform.

I have been fraudulently charged for no reason for no reason I am fraudulently charged I cant take this nonsense I am writing to you for immediate action

I have had £10 transfer to my account via Revolut from my friend. It hasn't been returned to his account.

I went to buy a car advertised and paid for it. I then decided to buy a better one they had and paid the difference which was held and marked as a scam which it obviously isn't.

I have had to take a selfie and answer dozens of questions and the payment is still not gone through
