According to Revolut FAQs the problem of accecing account is common among other users. In case you’ve changed your phone number and you cannot access your account you should:
  • Open the app.
  • Log in with the phone number used to sign up!
  • Type your passcode, the app will require to enter the 6 digit code.
  • Don’t enter any code.
  • Wait 2 mins and press support!

  • if they have good reason to suspect that you are behaving fraudulently;
  • if you haven't given them the information they requested;
  • if they have good reason to believe that information you have provided is incorrect or not true;
  • if you've broken Revolut terms and conditions in a serious or persistent way;
  • if they have good reason to believe that your use of the Revolut app is harmful to them or their software, systems or hardware;
  • if they have good reason to believe that you continue to use your account could damage their reputation or goodwill;
  • if they have asked you to repay money you owe them and you have not done so within a reasonable period of time;
  • if you've been declared bankrupt;
  • they may also decide to close or suspend your account for other reasons.

Standard delivery can take up to 9 working days.
Express delivery can take up to 4 working days.
If you still did not receive your card before the expected delivery date, please report the card as lost or stolen in the app and order a replacement card.
